The platform only accepts a new bid if it is strictly higher than the current highest bid, so two identical bids cannot both be accepted — whichever bid is received and confirmed first by the system holds the position.
We may extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel a bidding window at our discretion for technical, legal, or operational reasons. Any such change will be reflected on the listing.
Buy Now
Buy Now tab lets you skip the bidding process entirely. Every listing has a Buy Now price — pay that amount anytime and the product is yours instantly, without waiting for the auction to end.
This depends on the specific listing's rules, which will be clearly displayed on the product page. Please check the listing details before using Buy Now on a product that is already being actively bid on.
Buy Now is typically priced higher than the minimum bidding price, since it guarantees the product instantly without competing with other bidders.
Winning and Payment
We'll send you an email as soon as the auction closes, along with a secure payment link.
You must complete payment within 24 hours of winning. This is a strict window — please pay promptly to avoid losing your win.
Your win is automatically forfeited. We may then offer the product to the next-highest bidder or re-list it. Repeated non-payment may also lead to your account being suspended or restricted from future bids.
Payment can be completed through the options available on the secure payment link sent to you, which typically include UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
Yes, all payments are subject to applicable taxes such as GST, and where relevant, tax deducted at source (TDS) or other statutory deductions under Indian law. These will be reflected in your final payable amount.
Delivery
Once your payment is successfully processed, your product will be dispatched within 5–7 days.

Refunds and Cancellations
No. Once payment is successfully processed, the transaction is final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for a change of mind.

If we cancel a bid due to a technical failure or error attributable to us, any amount paid will be refunded following verification.
